How long does a full bathroom installation typically take?
Most complete bathroom renovations take between 5 and 10 working days, depending on the scope. A straightforward suite swap with tiling sits at the lower end; a full strip-back to brick with wet room installation takes longer. We'll give you a realistic timeline in your quote and keep you updated throughout.
Do you supply materials, or do I source my own?
Either works for us. Many customers source their own tiles, sanitaryware and fixtures — we're happy to advise on specifications and quantities. Alternatively, we can handle procurement through our supplier network, often at trade rates. We'll discuss this at consultation stage.
Are there any hidden costs in your quotes?
No. Our quotes are detailed, itemised, and fixed. The only exceptions are genuine unforeseen structural issues discovered after opening up walls — in which case we'll always discuss options and costs with you before proceeding.
Can you give me a price over the phone or from photos?
We'd rather not guess, and a price from a photo or a phone call is always a guess. Every job is different: the state of the walls and floor, the pipework behind them, the tiles you choose and the size of the room all change the price. A free site visit lets us measure up, see what's actually involved and give you a fixed written quote you can rely on.
Do you work across all of Central Scotland?
Yes. We're based in Caldercruix, Airdrie, and regularly work across Lanarkshire — including Airdrie, Coatbridge, Motherwell, Hamilton, Wishaw, Bellshill — as well as into Glasgow and surrounding areas. Not sure if we cover your area? Just call and ask.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry full public liability insurance. Documentation is available on request — we're completely transparent about this and actively encourage customers to ask.
What happens if something isn't right after the job is done?
We stand behind our work. If any issue arises after completion that's related to our installation or workmanship, call us and we'll return to put it right — no quibbles. Our reputation is built on referrals, and that only happens when every customer is genuinely delighted.
Can I choose my own tiles from any supplier?
Absolutely. We work with tiles from any supplier. We can also point you towards suppliers we trust — Porcelanosa, Topps Tiles, and others — where we have an established relationship and can sometimes access better pricing.
